“I want to thank Best Buy for the wonderful job that they did with waterproofing our basement. We have had nothing but rain since they fixed it, and not a drop of water has made it into our space. We had some miscommunication about one aspect of the job, but the president of the company and one of their associates took care of it and demonstrated that they will stand by their product and service.
